Water Storage, Pressure Boosting and Disinfection System – Antiparos

In Avlakia, Antiparos, AQUA GENESI undertook the supply and installation of an integrated water storage, pressure boosting, filtration and disinfection system, designed to support the facility's internal water distribution network.

Technical Features

The installation includes:

• Four water storage tanks, each with a capacity of 1,000 liters, providing a total storage capacity of 4,000 liters (4 m³).
• Twin Wilo pressure boosting system, consisting of two electronically controlled pumps for water pressure regulation and distribution.
• Big Blue cartridge filtration system, designed for the mechanical removal of suspended particles before subsequent treatment stages.
• BIO-UV disinfection unit, utilizing ultraviolet technology for water disinfection.
• Integrated hydraulic pipework, including isolation valves, motorized valves and interconnecting fittings.
• Electrical control and protection panel, designed to manage the electromechanical equipment.

System Design and Purpose

The system combines water storage, controlled pressure boosting, mechanical filtration and ultraviolet water disinfection within an integrated installation.

Particular attention was given to the arrangement of the equipment, accessibility of components and ease of inspection and maintenance.
