FEMALE ADAPTER 7/16-24UNS, TUBE SIZE OD6, BLACK - HCF06-UNS7/16-24B

The HCF06-UNS7/16-24B is a Fluid-fit female adapter designed for tubing with an outer diameter of Ø6 mm. It features a female UNS (Unified National Special) 7/16-24 thread, allowing the tubing to connect to equipment or a fitting with a compatible male thread.

Made from high-quality acetal plastic POM (polyoxymethylene), it incorporates EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber) sealing. The Push-to-connect mechanism enables quick tube insertion without tools at the push-fit connection. The threaded side connects to a matching male fitting of the correct thread type and size, in accordance with the manufacturer's installation instructions.

The operating temperature range is 0°C to +65°C, with a pressure ceiling of up to 10.3 bar under suitable conditions. The allowable pressure is not the same at every temperature and must be checked against the manufacturer's table and the limits of the connected tubing. Disconnect only after the line has been fully depressurized. Subject to media compatibility and operating conditions, applications include:

• Water treatment systems
• Pneumatic networks, subject to application conditions
• Low-pressure auxiliary circuits in desalination units
• Food and beverage equipment
