HIGH PRESSURE PUMP DANFOSS APP 0.6 - 180B3048

The Danfoss APP 0.6 high-pressure pump (code 180B3048) is an oil-free axial piston positive displacement pump designed specifically for seawater or brackish water reverse osmosis (RO) systems. It delivers up to 0.34 m³/h at 1500 rpm, maintaining a constant flow regardless of discharge pressure, with maximum continuous operating pressure of 83 bar.

Manufactured entirely from highly corrosion-resistant Duplex and Super Duplex stainless steel, the APP 0.6 is built for long service life in demanding desalination environments. Its oil-free design uses the pumped medium (water) as lubricant, eliminating the risk of contamination and significantly reducing maintenance needs and operating costs.

The integrated flushing valve allows safe and easy system start-up and cleaning without additional components. It also helps minimize downtime during maintenance or shutdowns.

With compact dimensions, low weight (5.2 kg), and low noise emissions (74 dB(A) at 1 m), it is ideal for small-scale or mobile RO installations such as onboard marine systems, island resorts, or containerized units. It can be mounted vertically or horizontally and pairs optimally with a 1.5 kW IEC 90S-2 electric motor.

The APP 0.6 complies with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality and environmental standards, and ATEX versions are available on request for use in explosive atmospheres.
