Description

The HCP06-1/4RD is a Fluid-fit locking clip for compatible sockets used with Ø6 mm or 1/4 in outside-diameter tubing. It fits between the body and release collar to reduce the risk of accidental operation of the disconnection mechanism.

The clip is used after the tube has been fully inserted and its retention checked. It does not replace correct assembly, seal the connection, or act as a tube or valve mounting bracket. It must match the particular fitting series and socket geometry. The metric and inch sizes refer to sockets compatible with the same clip, not to interchangeable tubing.

Fully depressurise the circuit before removing the clip and disconnecting the tube. The clip does not increase the push-fit connector’s allowable operating pressure or temperature. It is used for:
