MALE CONNECTOR THREAD 0 - HPC3/8-MFL02G

The HPC3/8-MFL02G is a Fluid-fit straight connector for tubing with an outer diameter of Ø3/8". Its other end features an MFL (Male Flare) 1/4" connection, with a UNF (Unified National Fine) 7/16-20 thread, for connection to a compatible female flare fitting. The 1/4" designation is the nominal flare connection size, not the outer diameter of the push-fit tubing.

Made from high-quality acetal plastic POM (polyoxymethylene), it incorporates EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber) sealing. The Push-to-connect mechanism enables quick tube insertion without tools at the push-fit connection. The flare connection requires a matching female fitting with a compatible size, thread and sealing surface.

The operating temperature range is 0°C to +65°C, with a pressure ceiling of up to 10.3 bar under suitable conditions. The allowable pressure is not the same at every temperature and must be checked against the manufacturer's table and the limits of the connected tubing. Disconnect only after the line has been fully depressurized. Subject to media compatibility and operating conditions, applications include:
