MALE CONNECTOR THREAD R1/2 , TUBE SIZE OD8, BLACK - HPC08R04B

The HPC08R04B is a Fluid-fit straight male connector designed for tubing with an outer diameter of Ø8 mm. It features a male BSPT (British Standard Pipe Taper) R1/2 thread and an in-line configuration, allowing the tubing to connect directly to equipment or a fitting with a compatible female port.

Made from high-quality acetal plastic POM (polyoxymethylene), it incorporates EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber) sealing. The Push-to-connect mechanism enables quick tube insertion without tools at the push-fit connection, while the male thread connects the fitting to the base.

The operating temperature range is 0°C to +65°C, with a pressure ceiling of up to 10.3 bar under suitable conditions. The allowable pressure is not the same at every temperature and must be checked against the manufacturer's table and the limits of the connected tubing. Disconnect only after the line has been fully depressurized. Subject to media compatibility and operating conditions, applications include:
