SPANNER - HRT

The HRT is a set of five release tools for compatible Fluid-fit push-fit connectors. Its different sizes accommodate metric and inch sockets and help the user reach the release collar when removing tubing.

Select the tool to match the socket size and geometry. It depresses the release collar while the tube is withdrawn in a straight line, without excessive force on the fitting body. It is not a wrench for tightening threads. The ability of one tool to serve several socket sizes does not make those tubing sizes interchangeable.

Before use, isolate the supply, fully depressurise the circuit and remove any locking clip. The set is a maintenance tool and has no independent operating-pressure rating. It is useful for:

• Replacing tubing in filter installations
• Servicing compatible water treatment sockets
• Tube disconnection work in confined spaces
