STEM ADAPTER BSPT(R) THREAD R1/8 , TUBE SIZE OD8, BLACK - HCJ08R01B

The HCJ08R01B is a Fluid-fit stem adapter with a male stem outer diameter of Ø8 mm and a male BSPT (British Standard Pipe Taper) R1/8 thread. The stem inserts into a compatible push-fit socket, while the threaded end connects to a suitable female port.

Made from high-quality acetal plastic POM (polyoxymethylene), it adapts an existing push-fit socket to a threaded connection. It does not contain its own push-fit tube socket: retention and sealing of the stem are provided by the receiving fitting, which must be compatible with the stem size and the operating conditions.

The operating temperature range is 0°C to +65°C, with a pressure ceiling of up to 10.3 bar under suitable conditions. The allowable pressure is not the same at every temperature and must be checked against the manufacturer's table and the limits of the connected tubing. Disconnect only after the line has been fully depressurized. Subject to media compatibility and operating conditions, applications include:
