Description

The HCJB0606B is a Fluid-fit straight connector joining a compatible Ø6 mm push-fit socket to a hose with an inside diameter of Ø6 mm. Its straight geometry provides an in-line transition from the socket to the flexible hose.

The fitting is made from acetal plastic POM (polyoxymethylene). Its male stem is inserted into the matching push-fit socket, while the flexible hose fits over the barb. The first size specifies the stem outside diameter and the second the hose inside diameter; these are not two tube sockets. Hose retention must be suitable for the hose material and the application pressure.

The operating range is 0°C to +65°C. The published maximum ceiling of 10.3 bar does not apply regardless of size and temperature: allowable pressure must follow the manufacturer’s rating table and the connected tubing limits.
