Description

The HLJB3/8-3/8G is a Fluid-fit elbow connector joining a compatible 3/8 in push-fit socket to a hose with an inside diameter of 3/8 in. Its elbow geometry changes the connection direction by 90°.

The fitting is made from acetal plastic POM (polyoxymethylene). Its male stem is inserted into the matching push-fit socket, while the flexible hose fits over the barb. The first size specifies the stem outside diameter and the second the hose inside diameter; these are not two tube sockets. Hose retention must be suitable for the hose material and the application pressure.

The operating range is 0°C to +65°C. The published maximum ceiling of 10.3 bar does not apply regardless of size and temperature: allowable pressure must follow the manufacturer’s rating table and the connected tubing limits.
