STEM ELBOW 1/4-1/4 - HLJ1/4-1/4G

The HLJ1/4-1/4G is a Fluid-fit stem elbow with a male stem outer diameter of Ø1/4" and a socket for tubing with an outer diameter of Ø1/4". Its 90° configuration changes the direction of the connection, with the stem inserting into a compatible push-fit fitting.

Made from high-quality acetal plastic POM (polyoxymethylene), it incorporates EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber) sealing at the tube socket. The Push-to-connect mechanism enables quick tube insertion without tools at the push-fit connection. The male stem is retained and sealed by the compatible receiving fitting.

The operating temperature range is 0°C to +65°C, with a pressure ceiling of up to 10.3 bar under suitable conditions. The allowable pressure is not the same at every temperature and must be checked against the manufacturer's table and the limits of the connected tubing. Disconnect only after the line has been fully depressurized. Subject to media compatibility and operating conditions, applications include:

• Water treatment systems
• Pneumatic networks, subject to application conditions
• Low-pressure auxiliary circuits in desalination units
• Food and beverage equipment
