TWO WAY DIVIDER 1/4-1/4 - HUY1/4-1/4G

The HUY1/4-1/4G is a Fluid-fit union Y connector with one common socket for 1/4 in outside-diameter tubing and two branches for 1/4 in tubing. It creates a Y-shaped branch in the line. Its geometry does not provide regulated or necessarily equal flow distribution.

The body is made from acetal plastic POM (polyoxymethylene), with socket seals made from EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber). Push-to-connect sockets allow the tubing to be fitted without tools. Each tube must have a clean, square-cut end and its outside diameter must match the corresponding socket exactly.

The operating range is 0°C to +65°C. The published maximum ceiling of 10.3 bar does not apply regardless of size and temperature: allowable pressure must follow the manufacturer’s rating table and the connected tubing limits. Disconnect only after the circuit has been fully depressurised. Depending on fluid compatibility and operating conditions, applications include:

• Water treatment systems
• Pneumatic circuits, after checking application conditions
• Auxiliary low-pressure circuits in desalination systems
• Food and beverage equipment with a suitable, compatible medium
